Research report on women entrepreneurs’ skills and needs – a short, accessible overview of which skills are most often missing on women’s entrepreneurial journeys across different countries and sectors.
Skill Matrix – a clear “skills map” that helps you identify where upskilling or reskilling would be most beneficial for you.

Upskilling and reskilling short modules – videos, presentations, mini activities and self‑assessment tests focused on concrete skills (e.g. time management, digital tools, business planning).
Online learning platform (Moodle) – a flexible, self‑paced learning space where, after registration, you can access all modules in several languages and track your own progress.

Mentoring Guide – a practical handbook for our mentors and mentees that explains step by step how the VoWoCo Co‑Creation mentoring model works and how you can develop new business ideas together.
Online mentor training – a structured programme for our mentors, covering topics such as effective communication, inclusive leadership and how to support mentees working together.
